Machine Function
1. CNC Vertical 3 axis machining centre is used for processing aluminum profile, light alloys, pvc and steel.
2. Equipped with high power Water-cooled electric spindle(5.5 Kw. 20.000 rpm) and ISO30 standard tool handle.
3. Tool cutter change system automatically. The movable up-down tool magazine can equipped with 8 tools, using for drilling, milling and tapping, plus one Disc milling cutter(Max diameter 150mm) with 8 standard cutter tools.
4. Micro lubricating device. Screen system, motor driving belt crumb collection system. Cutter tool automatically measuring function, double-location processing, one-time clamping finish all production.
The spindle can position at any angle among 180°±90°
Digital display servo motor can quickly adjust and provide high-precision positioning when working.
Structure
Machine body is composed of its base and Horizontal beam frame which slides at the back of machine body. Two parts are all welded steel parts and processed by high precision machining centre.
Axis sliding
All axis moves at high precision and reliability linear guiding rail, all moving parts have centralized lubricating system.
Axis movement
All axis of motion transmission ways are as follows:
X axis body beam frame adopts high precision gear and rack movement(longitudinal )
Y axis adopts 32* 32 screw motion(horizontal ) and Z axis adopts 25*25 screw motion(vertical)
Z axis The driver is equipped with braking device, z axis automatically brakes when loss of power,Z axis also has counter weight to balance the weight of machine head.
A xis can work in all three sides of profile and intermediate region.
Spindle
Spindle is equipped with HSD(the advanced brand in this field)
Equipped with 5.5 KW continuously running motor, its max rotary speed can reach up to 20,000 rpm and wind cooling unit. ISO30 standard cutter handle is changed according to detector switch and cutter.
Rotary speed of electric spindle is controlled by CNC(CNC OSAI), and can run at a low speed suddenly when its in highest speed.
Cutter tool lubrication
Equipped with micro lubricating system to lubricate tool.
Tool magazine
Tool magazine lies in that area under the frame of Y axis, having 8 tools controlled by CNC system. Tool magazine is drive by brushness servo motor
Working area
Working are is composed pf 6 pneumatic clamping device, controlled by CNC system and positioned by linear guiding, working area is equipped with double-location processing device to finish two isolated region’s working.
Electric control cabinet
The cabinet has transducer, driver and CNC device, all sending and receiving EMQ is equipped with IP55 degree of protection to avoid crumb and liquid.
Operation control panel is separate form electric control cabinet.
Operation control panel
Operation control panel adopts human-computer interface, is composed of IPC, keyboard and button. With 2 internal and external USB port to connect bar code scanner and remote control modules.
